What information we collect
The information we hold depends on your relationship with ta.two. We may collect your name, email address, professional title, organisation and information about your professional background, including your role or craft, filmography, professional interests and industry or guild affiliations.
If you join the ta.two Industry Network or attend one of our events, we may also hold information about your registration, attendance and engagement with our activities. Where necessary, we may ask for dietary or accessibility information. Where this includes sensitive personal information, we will only use it where permitted by law and, where required, with your explicit consent.
If you are a client, prospective client, partner, supplier or other professional contact, we may also hold information relating to our correspondence and professional relationship with you.
How we collect and use your information
Most information is provided directly by you when you join the ta.two Industry Network, subscribe to communications, register for an event, contact us or work with us. We may also obtain professional information from publicly available sources, including professional websites, industry directories, guild and association websites, film credits, festival programmes and trade publications.
We use personal information to provide our consultancy services, manage the ta.two Industry Network, respond to enquiries, deliver events and screenings, maintain professional relationships and share relevant industry opportunities.
Our lawful basis for using your information will depend on the circumstances. We may rely on your consent, the performance of or steps towards a contract, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating ta.two and providing relevant professional and industry engagement, where those interests do not override your rights.
As part of our work, we may use professional information to contact filmmakers, Heads of Department, craftspeople and other industry professionals about relevant events, screenings, campaigns or opportunities.

Events
If you register for or attend a ta.two event, we may use your information to manage registrations, guestlists and event communications and to accommodate relevant access or dietary requirements.
Where necessary, limited information may be shared with a venue or delivery partner to enable an event to take place.
Photography or filming may take place at some events. Where it does, we may use images or footage to report on or promote ta.two and its activities. Appropriate notice will be provided where photography or filming is taking place.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information or provide it to other organisations for their own unrelated marketing.
We may share information with trusted providers that help us operate ta.two, including website hosting, cookie consent management, email and newsletter services, online forms, cloud storage and event or registration services, as well as venues, delivery partners or professional advisers where necessary.
Our website is hosted by Wix.com and we use Usercentrics to manage website cookie consent.
Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we use the protections required by UK data protection law.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
Industry Network information will generally be kept while you remain part of the Network. If you unsubscribe, we may keep limited information necessary to respect that preference. Client, contractual and financial records may be kept for longer where legally required.
